Uptown Grower's Market

This morning we went to the Farmer's Market at ABQ Uptown. It may still be a little early here for a huge selection of veggies but the bird houses were quite spectacular.

The market was located in a parking lot just north of the uptown Trader Joe's.

I sampled some really hot green chile sauce and I nearly bought some watermelon juice.

After we checked out the market it was time to go to my happy place and ogle the copper cookware.

I just found your blog coming from Foodie Blogroll.
It's a nice place you have here.
It noticed that some of the cookware you mentioned as spanish are also portuguese, since we share much of history together we have similar cook basis.

In Madison, we go to a farmers market in a parking lot, too, and while it's not as scenic as our amazing downtown market, it's also not as crowded, and the parking is easy. It's filled with organic veggies, plants and all the other stuff you'd expect, without the hassles.

I can relate to your "happy place."
